Cadillac Tax

Effective for taxable years beginning after December 31, 2019, an excise tax will be imposed on high cost employer-sponsored health coverage. The tax is commonly referred to as the "cadillac tax" and is governed by Internal Revenue Code (IRC) section 4980I.
